Neha is the founder of WordsWork.
With over 13 years of experience in public relations, corporate brand communications and media planning. Neha started WordsWork in 2009. She has within a short span spearheaded successful communications campaigns for brands ranging from lifestyle, corporate, public diplomacy to sports.
She leads strategy and content for all WordsWork clients and enjoys getting into the thick of client servicing and delivery beyond expectations. She has considerable expertise across corporate, consumer and sports PR. Her strength is in enabling collaborations which impact business. This could include cross leveraging clients and beyond, basis her business network.
Prior to setting up an independent consultancy; she has been the Communications Director for several corporate initiatives of the Spice Energy Group of companies. This included complete management of communications & media tie- ups of Narain Karthikeyan, leading race driver and A1Team India representing the country at A1GP–the World Cup of Motor Sport. Her PR experience began with Genesis Burson Marstellar in India followed by working with Burson Marstellar in London.

Geetika is the lead on Corporate & Lifestyle business from Delhi She comes with an experience of seven years in PR and has worked in Mumbai and Bangalore markets prior to New Delhi. She has worked on a mix of corporate and lifestyle clients, such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Titan Industries and Taj Group of Hotels. Some of the projects she has managed single handedly in her past work experience – NDTV Lumiere World movies; iDream productions; Sony music; EMI; Murjani group’s Build A Bear Workshop (BABW); Hugo Boss; Tommy Hilfiger; managed personalities like Shaan; Minisha Lamba. Her inclination has been towards Entertainment and Luxury primarily. She is currently taking care of IWC – the premium Swiss watch brand, with the client based in Dubai. Her strengths lie in client servicing and execution of the various activities planned.

Being a sports enthusiast made Gautam Sheth’s move from being a sports journalist to sports operations manager and a communications consultant easy. Gautam spent close to five years as a sports correspondent with DNA Newspaper, reporting on various sports at grassroots, national and international level. His biggest event though would be covering 2011 Cricket World Cup including the finals between India and Sri Lanka. Soon after that, he switched to the other side of the fence. Before joining Words Work as a communications consultant, he worked as an Event Operations Manager with SE TransStadia Pvt. Ltd., a sports IP and infrastructure company. While leading our Mumbai operations while overseeing communications for NBA and projects with IMG Reliance.
