Neha is the founder of WordsWork.
With over 13 years of experience in public relations, corporate brand communications and media planning. Neha started WordsWork in 2009. She has within a short span spearheaded successful communications campaigns for brands ranging from lifestyle, corporate, public diplomacy to sports.
She leads strategy and content for all WordsWork clients and enjoys getting into the thick of client servicing and delivery beyond expectations. She has considerable expertise across corporate, consumer and sports PR. Her strength is in enabling collaborations which impact business. This could include cross leveraging clients and beyond, basis her business network.
Prior to setting up an independent consultancy; she has been the Communications Director for several corporate initiatives of the Spice Energy Group of companies. This included complete management of communications & media tie- ups of Narain Karthikeyan, leading race driver and A1Team India representing the country at A1GP–the World Cup of Motor Sport. Her PR experience began with Genesis Burson Marstellar in India followed by working with Burson Marstellar in London.

Geetika Gulati heads Lifestyle and Luxury division for WordsWork in New Delhi. With a work experience of 11 years now, Geetika has worked in Mumbai and Bangalore PR scenarios during her tenure in the PR industry. She has had the privilege of working on a wider spectrum of clients hailing from industries like Corporate, Technology, FMCG Consumer, Start-Ups, Aviation, Entertainment, most recent being Lifestyle Luxury. She has been with WordsWork for the last 8 years now, prior to which she has worked with IPAN Hill & Knowlton. Her key roles and responsibilities at WordsWork include spreading the Luxury vertical for Delhi and Mumbai offices, besides being the client interface for some of our Global clients like IWC Schaffhausen and Baume & Mercier, based in Dubai. Geetika heads a team of 7-8 people currently.

Gautam leads our Sports vertical with a bunch eclectic and sporty teammates. After seeing his wickets cart-wheeling at one of the Cricket Club selection trials, Gautam Sheth decided to do the next best thing with sports, to become a journalist. A five-year stint with DNA Newspaper gave him a chance to cover sports from grassroots to national and international level with the biggest high being assigned to cover the 2011 World Cup Final in Mumbai. Soon after that, he switched to the other side of the fence. Before joining Words Work as a Communications Consultant in 2014, he worked as an Event Operations and Content Communications Manager with SE TransStadia Pvt. Ltd., a sports IP and infrastructure company.
While leading our Mumbai operations, Gautam leads the media and communication mandate of some of our top sports clients including NBA, Laureus World Sports Awards, FC Pune City, Ultimate Table Tennis, Maharashtra Open among others.
